The NDFL has six teams in Arkansas that are also listed as members of the Premier Football League. According to Michael Merritt, the NDFL teams are not members of the Premier Football League but have only agreed to play the Memphis Panthers and the East Texas Outlaws of the PFL.
Hold it !!! The six teams have been removed from the Premier Football League site.
It also appears that someone else is using the name of the National Developmental Football League.
